The Shopping cart will automatically add £5 GBP to your order if above £25.

Below £25 & there will be no shipping charge added.

If you opt for the £5 or Free Shipping below £25 then your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail. Or 1st Class Mail In the UK, Sometimes orders are sent Signed for or Special Delivery in the UK depending on value.

This service works very well & is normally fast (5 - 10 Days typically WorldWide)

There is no tracking only proof of postage & can take 1 month to arrive.

In the event of a lost package after 30 days our policy at the moment is to resend any lost order via Airsure or International Signed for. This policy is based on trust within our customer base. If found to be subject to abuse this policy will have to change, but has worked well for 4 years.

Another advantage with this method is we can mark the customs label @ a value no higher than £30 which avoids import duties in some countries.

New AirSure Option £7 Extra.

Airsure® can be up to one day faster than Airmail. Your item will receive priority handling at home and overseas, and benefits from an online tracking facility so you can check your mail's progress along the way.

This service is available for: Europe. New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA

How fast is Airsure®

All Airsure® mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad, making it up to one day faster, in some cases, than our target Airmail delivery time of three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world. However, Airsure® is not a guaranteed courier service.

We are offering this service for customers who require full online tracking & Insurance.

When the package is insured for the full value of the order the customs label must match. Be warned this could incur customs charges your end which you as the customer are responsible for.

On instruction we can insure for less than the actual value & declare that value on the customs label.

Cost to upgrade to AirSure is £7 . Note £5 will have been added to your cart making Airsure® shipping a total £12.

Global Priority 2 - 3 Working Days & International Data Post 1 - 2 Working Days.

Both these options are expensive, Starting @ £40 & up.

This option is there for International customers who require there order as fast as possible.
